How do I book an appointment?

All appointments can be booked directly through our Book Now page. A deposit is NOT required but a card on file is needed to secure your appointment.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept Cash or Card payments. We also offer Tap to Pay. Mobile App payments (Cashapp, Venmo, PayPal, Etc) are NOT accepted at this time.

How long will my appointment take?

We reserve 2 hours and 45 minutes for your session to ensure the highest attention to detail. However, your service may be completed more quickly based on your natural lashes and the desired look.

What if I’m running late?

We understand that life happens — however, to respect your time and the time of other clients, we kindly ask that you arrive promptly for your appointment. We value punctuality as part of the luxury experience we offer. If you anticipate being late, please notify us as early as possible — we’ll do our best to accommodate when possible.

What’s your refund policy?

Due to the time, artistry, and high-quality materials involved in each service, all sales are final and non-refundable. That said, your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you experience any issues with your lashes, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. In the rare event that something isn’t right, we are happy to offer a complimentary touch-up to ensure your lashes meet our standard of excellence. (Touch-ups must be scheduled within 5 days of the original appointment).

Can I bring a guest or child to my appointment?

To maintain a serene and focused environment, we kindly ask that only clients being serviced enter the studio.

What if I’m unsure what style to book?

No worries — you don’t need to know exactly what you want. During your appointment, we’ll begin with a personalized consultation to discuss your eye shape, natural lashes, lifestyle, and desired look. From there, we’ll recommend the best style and mapping to suit you perfectly.
